also when downloading from your seedbox use a SFTP client if your seedbox supports it.

if we have private trackers why there is need to use public trackers if we dont find rare stuff we must look out in one click hosters.
that's why you should never download new released torrents

The filter list i use in peerblock actually blocks tpb website, think that says enough...
i use a seedbox mostly but i download to my pc here sometimes using a VPN with secure pipe ;) before using VPN i had my isp shut off my service 2x times, but for the last 3 months or so i have downloaded all the latest movies and havent heard a word from my isp...best 5 bucks a month i ever spent :)
not trying to be an ass balauru but if that is the case whats the point by the time it is out someone has the dvd and i just rip theirs lol i personally like new movies lol cuz if i like em ill goto the theater to see it

On the topic of trackers that are no longer secure, how is IPT doing? It has always been my favorite and probably always will be until I find evidence to show that it is dangerous to use.
what I dont really understand, is that often - in fact more often than not - a torrent yuo cannot find on private trackers pops up on the public tracker sites...

the torrent you are looking for is listed on a private tracker but with like 0.6kbs speed
so it's true you should generally avoid the public sites, but very often needs must
I personally only use public trackers for content that is not found on private trackers or that is faster to download on public than private trackers. Which are most likely old movies, programs, games, etc but apart from that private is the way to go. If i ever get caught by my ISP i will look into VPS for like $10 a month.
