Wild-Bytes is a general 0-day tracker. They have a fairly large movie section with approximately 700 DVD movies that are broken down into categories of Scene, NTSC, PAL, NTSC DVD9, and PAL DVD9. Users are allowed to upload torrents so there are a lot of non scene dvds. These include reencodes of TS, R5 and even early xvid releases into NTSC DVD's which are pretty popular and good to build ratios. There are also a lot of free torrents that help people with ratios. They are pretty strict about certain things like exclusive releases, Microsoft releases and clients so all members should read the FAQ fully as it's not the normal FAQ like every other tracker has.

A solid movie-oriented tracker, I get 6-700kbs off 10-20seeds on average. They have games, but not enough seeds to recommend!
